Evangelion- Angel Attack

A recreation of Evangelion episode one where the military attempts to take on an angel without the use of evas. Conventional weapons are useless against Angels at they are surrounded by a protective barrier that repels all ballistics. They also seem to be resistant to large scale explosives as well.

I wanted to create something other than girls ( which I have been drawing non stop for the past two months) ands I saw an image in the Eva art book that inspired me to recreate this scene. This was not too difficult to draw, but it was tedious as hell. There are a lot of small variations between the tanks and the various angles used in the bg. In addition to that there is a lot of movement which was a little hard to depict. All in all I love the way it turned out. I would love to hear what you all think!
